Bus infrastructure Program Manager for the King Abdul Aziz Project for Riyadh Public Transport (Project) in the Capital City of Riyadh through the ArRiyadh Development Authority (ADA) and Program Management Office (PMO). This role requirement includes working as a client representative to manage, coordinate and align the infrastructure design work for the Kingdom capital city into construction on the new citywide public transportation plan. The design work is being performed by various internationally recognized design consultants. The design work includes Roadway corridors, Streetscape, Landscape, Streetlighting, Irrigation, Terminals, Stations, Stops, Footbridges, Park & Ride, Traffic Signal, and Community Bus Stop. This portion of the overall Project also requires interfaces with several municipal entities, a large array of stakeholders, and the ongoing Metro program development.

Key Project Credits:
Integration and alignment of several international consultants’ design efforts plagued by poor leadership, team fragmentation, and dynamically evolving client directives and ambitions. Establish standard processes, and workflow to bring order to a multifaceted and complex operation and program, and address client immediate needs toward a fundamental and crucial end results.
