Responsibilities:
- Oversee the delivery of services or service technology to a company's clients or customers
- Oversee the delivery of all Company Products
- Manage all new comers (.net Developers, Java Developers, IOS Developers, Android Developers, QAs’, UI Developers, UI/UX Designers, Xamarin Developers) till they get probated to be offshored.
- Establish policies designed to ensure consistently high service performance
- Monitor employees and evaluates customer feedback to develop quality improvement processes.
- Define the Service Delivery strategy to achieve effective end to end transactional services
- Management of Service Delivery budgets
- Management of off-shored third-party relationships
- Lead integration activity and change requirements
- Support and develop opportunities for the Service Delivery teams
- Define and monitor the KPIs for Service Delivery Centre

- Implement strategies to achieve project objectives.
- Ensure project complies with quality control standards.
- Develop a quality management plan.
- Identify and clear project issues.
- Identify innovative solutions and approaches.
- Sustain a sense of urgency around project critical paths and issues.
- Control changes to project budget
- Communicate with clients on daily basis
- Setup updating/status meetings with clients on Monthly/Weekly basis depending on the progress of the project.
- Manage individual time and stress pressures.
- Deliver project objectives within time, resource and budget constraints.
- Deliver to commitments.
- Responsible for any E-commerce websites as I’m called the “E-commerce Guru”
I oversee the testing team, analyze user requirements, Design Test Plans, test all web projects and often determine what modifications are needed after testing. I also create video training tools for all clients, so that they can learn, understand and use their web products effectively. Additionally, I am responsible for all support ticketing and assisting clients with their needs or potential future needs in regards to their web products.
