closeout deliverables across 105+ infrastructure handover projects, supporting asset transfer and
handover in alignment with PMO governance, PWA/Ashghal standards, QCS, and project requirements.
• Developed and maintained handover dashboards, KPI trackers, GEC performance reports, and executive
progress reports using advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookups, Data Visualization), improving visibility of
handover readiness, risks, delays, and performance metrics for data-driven decision-making and
stakeholder coordination.
• Led and facilitated high-level technical, commercial, and stakeholder meetings, including President site
visits, Variation Order Committees, GEC Directors construction meetings, Gateway Approvals sessions,
and contractor coordination meetings—resolving claims and variations, securing approvals, finalizing
closeout documentation, and driving milestone completion.
• Drafted, reviewed, and issued official project correspondence, including letters, notices, NCRs, approvals,
gateway submissions, and EOT evaluations, related to claims, variations, and handover documentation.
Supported dispute resolution, ensured compliance and accurate record-keeping, coordinated with
stakeholders, and maintained timely updates in PMDS.
• Implemented knowledge-transfer and training programs for 40+ PWA engineers, area teams, consultants,
and contractors on handover protocols, asset management, QA/QC requirements, and project controls
frameworks—standardizing execution, improving efficiency, reducing rework, and ensuring seamless
project closeout.
• Reviewed and evaluated contractor claims, variations, EOTs, payment applications, invoices, timesheets,
NCRs, and site instructions—preparing actionable recommendations, supporting dispute resolution,
validating financial submissions, and ensuring contractual compliance, cost accuracy, and alignment with
project governance, while leading negotiations to mitigate risks and secure favourable commercial
outcomes.
