• Pioneered and implemented Employee Self Service (ESS-HR) resulting in a 30% decrease in HR administrative workload and a 15% improvement in employee satisfaction.

• Devised and executed a proactive succession planning strategy

• Launched an online Learning Management System (LMS) and learning café, resulting in a 20% increase in employee training participation and skill development.

Managed a diverse portfolio of divisions, including Sobha Constructions, Sobha Façade Factory, Sobha Marble Factory, Latinum Securities, Latinum Facilities Management, Sobha MEP and Sobha Infra Division. Overseeing a team of over 2000+ employees, my role involved strategic planning, effective coordination, and efficient management of human resources across these divisions, contributing to the overall success and growth of the organization.

• Spearheaded the seamless transition of data to Xpedeon from the existing software, reducing data migration time by 40% and minimizing operational disruptions.

• Implemented streamlined recruitment processes resulting in a 25% reduction in time taken to fill key positions, ensuring a substantial saving in recruitment costs annually

Headed the Human Resources Division of Al Batha Engineering Group, comprising of over 2000 employees and spanning 5 countries; UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman and Pakistan. Responsible for providing advice, developing, implementing and managing human resources policy and strategy that contributes to the achievement of the entire group's business goals and objectives.

Achievements:

• Established Regional HR Departments across KSA, Qatar, and Oman, optimizing HR service delivery and ensuring compliance with local labor regulations.

• Led HR integration during the acquisition of Spectra Electronics Trading (SET), ensuring seamless employee transition and regulatory compliance.

• Played a pivotal role in earning three prestigious industry awards: Sharjah Economic Excellence Award (SEEA), Sheikh Khalifa Excellence Award (SKEA), and Dubai Quality Award (DQA), enhancing the company's reputation and market competitiveness.

• Implemented a Business Performance Measurement Framework, including the deployment of the Balanced Scorecard methodology, resulting in a 15% improvement in organizational performance and alignment with strategic goals.
