Answer phone calls and act as the initial point of contact for the customer.

Generate lists of different properties of our competitors.
Answer clients' questions regarding construction work, financing, maintenance, approvals, contractors etc…
Conduct training sessions for sales agents in order to improve sales techniques.
Attend weekly sales meeting and training session provided by the company.
