7 linear accelerators for radiation therapy with BIM for above ceiling MEP
• Assisted the superintendent of the tower (Level 14 ~ 21) 40’000 sq. ft. each
• Inspected above ceiling for confirmation with structural and electrical regulations and standards
• Tracked the progress of the trades and created a summary tracker
• Analyzed the schedule of a one story critical path to identify and categorize delays using Primavera P6
• Participated in the schedule update and follow-up using Primavera P6
• Attended the scheduling meetings with the project managers
• Prepared the internal punch lists and walked with the architects preparing the final punch lists
• Followed-up with the subcontractors on completing the punch lists
