 Conducting drive tests on multiple technology (2G, 3G and LTE) to monitor network behavior
 Analyzing drive test log files using post processing tools like GENEX Assistant to resolve coverage, quality, interference, handover, and call drop issues
 Examining site performance by conducting frequent field drive tests and optimizing the cell parameters and antenna configuration - type/azimuth/ tilt/height- to achieve better performance
 Generating and reviewing RF optimization reports including statistical analysis of KPIs and plots from the post-processing tool
 Performing spectrum sweep tests for LTE frequencies in preparation for roll outs using spectrum analyzer
