Job Description:
• Study and analyze project specification and
• Plan, monitor and control execution of work safely on site
• Verify completeness and compliance of work with the acceptance criteria prior to submission to the
Quality Department according to relevant Inspection / Test Plans including subcontractors work.
• Overall supervision and coordination of General Foreman and Site Engineers areas of responsibilities
and allocation of work areas.
• Complete necessary QA documentation related to work and co-ordinate with Project QA Manager /
Engineer for daily site inspections, including timely closure of Non-conformance Reports.
• Coordinate Subcontractors works, and perform regular inspection to verify compliance with specified requirements and construction schedule, ensure sufficient and competent resources utilized by the
subcontractor. Report any trends of delays to Construction Manager.
• Coordinate with Materials Engineer for materials delivery and take necessary action with Construction
Manager to prevent delays in Construction
• Prepare daily progress and productivity reports, submit to Construction Manager, and highlight trends
for delays.
• Prepare weekly cost control report including man-hours allocation versus quantity performed

Description: Working as a projects support engineer, working under the Vise president of Airports, Transportation and
Railways who’s a Board Member of a three running projects.
Duties and Key Deliverables :
As a representative of the VP in project, my duties covers all project deliverables such as the following:
1- Board assignments :
-Prepare agenda and presentations for the Board Meetings.
-Attend the meeting with the Client.
-Collect all data required for the executive meetings.
2- Engineering :
-Intensive design follow up for closure.
-Generate trackers for design issues.
-Meetings with the Design consultants to finalize design issues.
- Follow up with design submissions to Client Representative.
3- Cost/ Project Control:
-Cost Control Monitoring.
-Revise monthly cost report.
-Financial forecast Preparations.
-Gap Analysis and EoT.
-Variation Orders.
-Cash Flow.

Description: A 200 million dollars value for upgrading of ADCO Refinery oil field. The project involves upgrading the existing utillities including new infrastructures structural elemts such as raft & isolated Foundation, all underground including sewer systemnetwork (manhole catch basins and pipelines in between), storm water system, duct banks, electrical trenches & culverts, ditches etc, Roads pavement works (concrete and asphalt ) .in additional to Pre-commissioning and handing over activities and project close out .
Key Deliverables:
 Working as a deputy construction manager civil.
 Responsible for four junior engineers
 Formulated all drawings’ revision, material requisition and method statements in additional to site supervision for concrete and finishing works.
 Change orders and variation orders estimation.
 Site queries and technical queries with proposed design solutions.
 Lesson learned submission.
 Subcontractor management.
 Key role in updating of weekly and monthly civil progress with respect to cost control.

Description: The project consists of a Nine-Story building and Two basements with 60, 000m² for each level all for buses, taxies, and urban cars parking, in addition to all the facilities such as bathrooms, mechanical and electrical rooms, security rooms .Moreover there will be a bridge crossing the building with columns based in the raft foundation of the building. The raft foundation of the building has two depths: (3m and 1.5m) with a total Area of 80000m² and a Quantity of 160, 000m³ of concrete.

Working at Consolidated Contractor Company (CCC) in UAE as a site engineer (GUD) in borouge (EU3) project which consists of building a polyethylene factory with isolated, compound and raft foundations, buildings, finishing, paving and roads construction, underground (sewer, fire and cooling water lines) system, electrical and instrumentation trenches, culverts and duct banks . The scope of work in additional to site supervision of the above activities are drawings revision, material management and requisition, material approval request (MAR) punch list and handing over

Baqaa Bridge and Highways intersection the project consists of a bridge constructed by Post Tensioned Precast concrete for 500 m’s length. The road works included the construction of more than 6.0 kms of new high ways and intersection roundabout in addition to rehabilitation of 12 km of
existing roads and detours.
