• Understanding business requirements and writing Needed test Cases (Module,

Scenario of the test case, Expected results and Actual results) to be implemented to ensure launching Products with free bugs .

• Writing /executing functional, Non-functional, cross browser and regression test cases and reporting on results.

• Reporting, tracking and re-testing defects

• Defining Test Plans and producing system test reports

• Working in close collaboration with developers to ensure quality of the solution

• Ability to analyze and derive test cases from informal requirements, use cases or design specifications.

• Reproduce the errors in speedy manner and reporting about them.

• Following the procedure completely which automatically ensures the quality of the product.

• Understanding business process management and business requirements of the customers and translating them to specific software requirements.

• Making sure that the recommended solution is commercial yet competitive.

• Acting as an interface between business units, technology teams and support teams.

• Support troubleshooting of facilities operational and major repair problems and the development of safe, cost effective, sustainable solutions by the team.

• Excellent analytical abilities to grasp the key points from complicated details

• Maintaining and enhancing the quality of the finished product that is manufactured in the company.

• Give training to our CS teams in Countries to any new tool, Feature and make

sure that they’ll use it right.

• Use MySql to generate the needed report.

• Receive all bugs from different Department, Reproduce it, get the right scenario of it,

- search for results which caused this bug, then report it to SWAT Team with right Solution for it, to be fixed and do needed testing to make sure that all is working as Requested .

Provide Support to Countries Customer Service .
Give training when there is new tool, missing info about new tool .
Triage all requests received from CS and take needed action.
Handle Marketing emails .
Google Analytics.
