• To Increase guest satisfaction by providing efficient, prompt, free and courteous service to the guest in line with standard operating procedure of the Hotel.
• Take food & beverage order from the guest and ensure speedy delivery.
• Maintenance of standard operating procedure of a company / Hotel.
• Abide the spirit of team play within the Hotel.
• To ensure the satisfaction of customers.
• Acquire in depth knowledge of the food & beverage menu of the assigned outlet in order to assist and provide advice to guests.
• Responsible for maintaining hygiene and cleanliness standards in the outlet and upkeep of all
service equipment.
• Practice good customer relations and attend to customer complaints / queries satisfactorily.
• Actively use up selling techniques to exceed guest expectations and increase revenue.
