PROJECT EXPERIENCE:
1. Integration of remote I/O cabinet to existing process control (PCS) cabinet with PLC-5/80E processor.
Role: Project Manager
Responsibilities: Designed additional remote I/O cabinet with PLC-5 chassis and modules. Developed the project logic, configured and tested the control system with PLC-5 processor L20C. Established remote communication from two remote chassis adapter to processor through remote network link by belden cable.
2. Total E&P PHC Turbine Power Management system using RSView
Role: System Engineer
Responsibilities: Handled the HMI development and integration of the Power management SCADA to existing hardware infrastructure
3. Revamp of Process Control System (PCS) & Safety Shutdown System (SSS) and Integration of Water Injection Offshore Platform (MWIP)
Role: Project Manager/Control Systems Engineer
Responsibilities: Carried out the following:
PCS & SSS cabinet sizing which involved panels layout design, power calculations, wireway fill calculations using NFPA 70, terminal block calculations. PLC set up using RSLogix 5000, RSLinx & RSNetworx for: Redundant PLC configuration, firmware upgrades, synchronization, controlnet for remote I/Os & ethernet configuration for SCADA system, modules selection and settings. Wonderware Intouch set up for application development for screens, Tags, scripting. Integration of PLC/SCADA to instruments & other external system (fire & gas through MODBUS, generators & public address system).
4. ASB Valliant-FGN Ore Integrated Power Project BOP Automation
Role: Project Manager
Responsibilities: Carried out the project using Siemens S7-400 PLC with Wonderware InTouch HMI software. Handled PLC design, ordering, configuration, programming, HMI process screen development, tag creation/definition, server setup and system integration of PLC with Wonderware SCADA system

Handled Siemens S7-1200 PLC configuration & programming. Worked on Siemens Micromaster 440 & Sinamics G120 VSDs configuration and programming, system interface with component HMI and 3-phase motor connection and setup. Carried out Parameters settings for automanual control of motors

--Analyzed a gas treatment plant, designed, developed, configured, programmed and tested an automatic level indicator and evacuation system for the gas condensate in the slopt tank using PLC and SCADA application.
