Job Summary: Conducting audits on the above mentioned sites, to ensure that a qualitative service is served to our customers. Also figuring out non-conformities and customer complaints as well as reporting it to NTCC top management for discussion during management review meetings to find out adequate corrective actions for detected nonconformities, to prevent its reoccurrence.
