My role includes the following:
- Updating municipalities licenses to the latest state.
- Meeting government agencies to establish a mutable understanding with other
governmental ministries and bodies.
- Update MoMRA with latest National Classification for the Economic Activities
(ISIC) changes and updates.
- Help in the national transformation plan (2030) in the step of unifying
economical activities in cooperation with national vision.
- Help in migrating current municipal economical activities and licenses to cope
with ISIC national standards.
- Resolving customer support tickets.
- Updating the commercial activity of the migrated licenses according to ISIC
(licenses migrated from municipality legacy systems).
- Preparing data reports requested by government bodies after cleaning data and
uplifting its quality.
- Preparing reports data related to the pandemic CORONA virus.
- Preparing the weekly commercial fines report related to CORONA virus sent to
the Ministry of Interior (MoI).
I Managed many projects in the sector of municipal services. Projects include payment
system (SADAD), Unified Fines Gate, Excavations Gate, New Professional Municipal
Licenses (Balady 3.0) and other related projects.
My tasks include:
- Manage the most active development team.
- Follow-up with contractors contracted by the Ministry regarding the projects I
manage.
- Preparing reports and monitoring the tasks of the contractors' teams.
- Performance evaluation of the contractor team.
- Follow-up of project plans.
As a startup company, JAAEK passed through many experiences in using technologies
and solutions. There were many troublesome in starting phase and my job was to oversee
its position in the market in addition to draw the strategic lines and reform the internal
structure. Below is a list of the responsibilities:

I work as project leader for some running projects. The first one is the Accidents ReConstruction System (ARC). This project covers reconstructing the accidents happen on four UAE emirates (Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Ras Al Khaima and Um Al-Qaween). It covers reconstructing the accidents with its related data including sketching the scene of the accident. The system is available with field units and it uploads its data to the main server then to the data server of the police.
My responsibly includes:
- Keeping the system running in all times.
- Generating special reports from the database of the system
- Updating the system to cover all needs of the customer
Currently, I’m managing two systems; the first one is “ARC Data Update System”. This system manages the update process of the data in the database of the ARC system mentioned above. It has to cover the approval life cycle as per the requirements of the customer.
I’m also involved deeply in another mega project. It is a project that covers the vehicle industry in UAE. Its scope includes all activities related to the vehicle in UAE. This includes vehicle license, paying traffic violations, vehicle fixing claims and many other activities. May role is the “Head of Systems Design”.
My responsibly includes:
- Managing systems integration
- Managing the system analysis & design issues
- Revising and approving SRS documents of the portal and it subsystems
I’m responsible of the development office of Alexandria (Egypt). This responsibility includes assigning tasks, monitoring and sending progress reports to the office of the director. I’m a deputy responsible of Jeddah main branch.
I worked as a Head of Admissions and registration besides my position as a computer science lecturer. My responsibilities were:
- Managing Day-to-Day business
- Registering new students and administer registered ones
- Meeting with student’s parent to give progress report or resolve issues
- Generate governmental reports and meet with governmental departments
- Generate and send progress reports to the affiliated colleges & universities
- Represent the institute in the meeting with governmental departments
- Leading the students’ progress reports team
- Generating the semester timetables and the regular exams timetables (midterm, and final exams)
- Leading the team of entering the course results in the registration system
- Leading the final results team and upload it to the institute website

I worked as research assistance in a working team of three PhD members. Goal was to check the applications provided by the Hajj & Umra services providers is as per the standards stated by the Ministry of Hajj. Checking is on the e-services provided. The site visits covered nine locations in Jeddah. This project was sponsored by the Ministry of Haj.
I have completed my master degree in computer science and engineering from the college of science and engineering. I achieved an excellence degree in my thesis. It was about “Human Off-Line Signature Verification”. It was about checking the human signed signature and verifies if it is his / her signature (with a relationship ratio). I used neural networks and statistical methods.
