Duties for project at hand:
• Design review for all design drawings (Civil, Structural, Arch., Hydraulics, Mech. & Electrical)
• Prepare detail drawings (Civil & Arch.)
• Coordinate between clients, main designer, site offices (Structure, Civil, MEP and Arch) to ensure that all drawings are of the latest revision and smooth flow of ongoing activities.
• Prepare construction schedules for each project using MS Project and follow up its implementation.
• Follow up with the client & projects site regarding work execution & implementation.

Responsibilities:
•Coordinate with clients and designer and site to smoothen the work flow.
•Guarantee time delivery with agreed quality and budgets.
•Prepare design & material submittals.
•Review MEP drawings and suggest solutions for the execution.

•Follow up project implementation regarding all activities (construction, material supply, mechanical & electrical installations, HSE reports, etc.).

•Assessment stage: Project scope & description, Site visit, Risk management plan, Identify limitations, Client requirements, Prepare preliminary schedule, Justification of the project, Project sustainability, Prepare bill of quantity, Market survey for pricing, Number of workers needed, Project budget, Project work plan, Prepare invitations to contractors, Prepare summary of contactors prices, Analyzing contracts including (request for approval, contracts, hand over site, additional work approval, request for payment, etc.)
•Implementation stage: Liaise with UNDP, Monitoring project activities (site visit & photos), Day-to-day follow up of the project to ensure that they meet timelines, preparing timely payment requests, prepare weekly & monthly reports.
