Engineering support ensuring a timely response to Customers for the in-service fleet in order to contribute, in coordination with the other Product Support Engineering (PSE) functions, to the achievement of the reliability and the availability targets required by the market.
• Timely resolution of technical issues through analysis and production of applicable documentation interfacing LH Departments and Vendors as needed.
Fleet statistics collection and database updating and maintaining based on scheduling required by the function (availability, reliability, maintainability, Fleet statistics, ...).
• Fleet reporting generation
• Occurrence/malfunctions reporting generation and analysis.
• Reliability and maintainability analysis of the helicopter and its components for product recovery/improvement targets
• Preparation of Product recovery/improvement presentations for Customers
• Service Bulletin (SB) implementation monitoring and tracking.
• Internal documentation updating editing
• Technical Support KPI report booklet generation

Support Management with the planning, execution, coordination, and oversight of all assigned rig operations and maintenance activities to ensure seamless and uninterrupted drilling operations for SANAD
Provide assistance to SANAD’s other business units on issues pertinent to job function; participate in performing routine checks and inspections to ensure the highest safety and quality standards are being maintained if required

Certified engineer to overhaul C130 propeller in accordance with latest technical order as the first Saudi engineer, get trained and certified by SEGERS aero corporation in USA.
• Managing C130 aircraft contract with Saudi royal air force RSAF and reporting to ministry of defense MOD and RSAF for contract status.
• Reporting to CEO and top management for financial and operational status of contract.
• Communicating with costumer and supplier to meet customer needs.
• Solving complex problems and improving the quality of product and delivery time TAT

Follow all relevant policies, processes and standard
operating procedures so that work is carried out in a
controlled and consistent manner.
• Implement the day-to-day operations assigned for the
area of work to ensure compliance with the established
standards and procedures.
• Formulate mathematical models or other methods of
computer analysis to develop, evaluate, or modify
design, according to customer engineering
requirements.
• Plan or conduct experimental, operational, or stress
tests on models or prototypes of aircraft components or
aerospace systems or equipment.
Plan or coordinate investigation and resolution of
customers' reports of technical problems with aircraft
components and equipment.
Write technical reports or other documentation, such as
handbooks or bulletins, for use by engineering and
technical teams, management, or customers.
• Direct or coordinate activities of engineering or
technical personnel involved in fabricating, modifying, or
testing of aircraft components or aerospace products.
• Evaluate aircraft component data from repairs,
inspections or reports for conformance to engineering
principles, customer requirements, environmental
regulations, or quality standards.
Analyze project requests, proposals, or engineering
data to determine feasibility, predictability, cost, repair
time of aircraft components.
• Work in conjunction with manufacturers and service
providers in order to assist in the delivery of required
outputs, acquire expertise and assist in ensuring
contract compliance
Diagnose performance problems by reviewing reports
or documentation from customers or field engineers or
by inspecting malfunctioning or damaged components.
• Comply with all relevant safety and environmental
management policies, procedures and controls to ensure
a healthy and safe work environment.

• Implementations and monitoring of all mechanical related works at site as per approved drawings and methods and
safety rules
• Estimates, prepares and assigns the resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc.,
required for all Mechanical and related works prior to execution.
• Plans and analyses all possible construction methodologies and recommends the best options to the MEP Manager
for approval prior to execution at site.
• Manages directly and provide engineering and technical supports to all the Mechanical work groups at site.
• Plans the execution of all Mechanical related works and coordinates the works to Electrical and civil groups.
• Assign targets for accomplishments and ensure targets are met on daily basis for all Mechanical groups at sit e.
• Submits site daily reports.
• Ensures that all the works done are in accordance with the approved shop drawings
• Ensures that all site works are done according to all applicable quality standards.
