Achievements: - Successfully Launched, Developed & Marketed many Mobile Apps like (iSibeeta, Axiom, iDots) also the popular (iKout App) Available on the Appstore for 2.99$. - Handle all technical changes to the production applications (projects and change requests)
- Handover and transfer knowledge of new applications/services to the Operations team
- Develop design documents based on agreed upon requirements
- Review, analyze and approve the design and development of vendor modules and applications
- Act as a testing resource during applicable phases of the project lifecycle (unit and integration testing)
- Investigate and efficiently resolve basic trouble tickets and customer complaints
- Perform service definition setups (pricing, tariffs) as necessary, Where setups are performed by the functional areas, validate compliance to the established policies and procedures
- Perform 2nd Level front-end application support and perform maintenance and administration of in-house developed applications
- Inform Zain users of changes to applications
- Learn, understand, and ensure adherence to ITD Delivery Framework, IT QA, particularly for documentation and testing standards
- To perform all the above mentioned roles and responsibilities in compliance to the Information Security Management System (ISMS) policies, and to report any information/physical security breaches or incidents to the supervisor/manager immediately.
* Receive calls and answer customers efficiently.
