▪ Supervising the recruitment process according to the set recruitment plan and insure achieving the targeted numbers monthly(KSA and UAE).

with finance department to maintain and boost the relationship with the agencies and improve the deployment
process.
▪ Maintain the visas request and ensure all visas required are provided on time to achieve the set target of the year.
▪ Evaluating the subordinate’s performance and ensuring they have the needed annual training plan.
