-Insurance on all bank properties, make the necessary studies to choose the best offers for the bank .
-analysis of presentation submitted by insurance companies whether to submit offers by direct order or make a tender and make analysis to choose the best alternative .
- Revaluation of the insurance values on the bank's properties and comparison with the market prices through the construction or inventory sectors in the bank to re-evaluate the insurance value each year or according to the period of insurance in order to avoid any loss .

-Analyzing feasibility studies presented from customers for financing new/existing investments and ensuring that all requirements available in accordance with bank policies and procedures.
- Preparing credit studies for small and medium enterprise's (SME's) to be reviewed by supervisory functions.
- Recording Customer's credit database on system for supporting speedy and accurate decisions.
- Participating with Credit team in preparing reports and analyzes it on time.
- Ensuring that all conditions and guarantees required by bank was maintained before/within proceeding the credit facility.
- Following the Customer's balances and contacting them for paying their dues.
- Holding appointments with customers and visiting their places for attracting them or following up existing customers.

- Building Rapport with the customers and following up their financial requests in a dependable manner, Taking initiative and ownership for putting the customer at the right way.
- Achieving the bank's sales target by cross-selling and marketing products.
- Holding appointments, Contacting and visiting customers for customer's satisfaction and achieving branch targets.
- Advising customers about the best ways to invest their money for raising customer's loyalty to the bank.
- Resolving all customers’ issues for internal customers and attracting new customers that will maximize bank profits.
- Directing customers to update their "Know Your Customer (KYC)" forms in accordance with Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) Regulations and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures.
- Proceeding all managerial, operational and specialized tasks related to opening accounts, issuing/maintaining/cancelling saving certificates, collecting and reviewing all documents received from customers and verifying their signatures, recording personal/car loans, overdrafts, credit cards and all other credit facilities.
- Preparing reports, dashboards and analysis to be prepared for supervisory functions and focusing on marketing plans and to assist them for taking strategic decisions based on very accurate results.
- Meeting deadlines for all tasks assigned by other functions, direct manager or branch manager.
