Position: Project Engineer (Roads & Highways)
Period: From August 2018 till date
- Project IF-MA/ 350 General maintenance for the highways road all over Kuwait.
- Project IF-MA/403 General maintenance for 5th ring road highway, Alghazzali road highway and
Al-jahra highway road.
- Emergency work for all over Kuwait ( Maintenance Work)
Job Responsibilities:
• Obtaining the licensesand follow up with the following Authorities
Ministry of Kuwait Municipality
Ministry of Interior (Road Engineering Department)
Ministry of Interior (The public Traffic Department)
• Check and ensure that all agreed safety standards and applicable regulations are observed;
• Carry out and record regular site safety inspections.
• Assist and participate in site safety training.
• Project Schedule Management. Includes the processes required to manage the timely
completion of the project.
• Project Cost Management. Includes the processes involved in planning, estimating,
budgeting, financing, funding, managing, and controlling costs so the project can be
completed within the approved budget.
• Project Quality Management. Includes the processes for incorporating the organization’s
quality policy regarding planning, managing, and controlling project and product quality
requirements, in order to meet stakeholders’ expectations.
• Investigate all accidents and dangerous occurrences.
• Review and develop Permit to Work procedures.
• Set a high personal example of Health & Safety at all times.
• Monitoring the application of all safety requirements by (Consultant) Parsons Construction team
and MPW team (Clint) report to the SRE any deficiency for corrective action.
• Coordinate with the construction team on all activities undertaken by the Contractor with respect
to safety requirements especially for traffic management, deep excavation, movement of
equipment's, etc.
• Monitoring and Controlling the processes required to track, review, and regulate the
Progress and performance of the project identify any areas in which changes to the plan are
required and initiate the corresponding changes.
• Review and assist in developing scope-of-works for the company’s projects/studies (e.g., Road
Safety audit, Traffic Impact studies, Temporary Traffic Management, etc.)
• Provide technical support to various internal & external entities to improve traffic mobility and
traffic safety.
• Review and provide initial inputs on design, specifications of existing/proposed roadway schemes
within and around company facilities utilizing applicable industry standards and guidelines.
• Project life cycle to check series of phases that a project passes through from its start to its
completion.
• Prepare letters, meeting notes, working papers, technical notes, reports and technical
presentations.
• Implementation must be applied periodically Executing Processes for project management data
and information such as work performance data, information, and reports must be documented
in documented control.

Projects:
• Plot 15 & 16 agility - Mina Abdullah project For U.S DDKS, 2009-2010
• Constructed a civil engineering project which consists of storage ground floor slabs for 40, 000 m2. in
minna Abdullah.
• Build new dock levers Agility -Al-Doha: include the ramp park track for the gates of stores belonging
to Agility, 2010.
• Al-Marae warehouses maintenance project - Mina Abdullah: warehouses no. 8 k 2 belonging to
Agility Co. asphalt works, Reinforced concrete ramp works with four phases zigzag parking, construct
holding tank with steel gutter drain, concrete floor slabs repair epoxy work, highlights installation
with panels and their electrical works, 2010-2011.
• Fuel Station Agility - Al-Doha: Steel structure and sandwich panel works 2011.
• Build six playground buildings for ministry of education in ALJAHRA'A city Concrete works including
Space Frame installation.
• Warehouse project Agility - Al-Dajeej: Build and construct a new warehouse (steel structure) 2011 -
2012.
• Mohamed Abdulrahman Al-Bahar “Caterpillar” Work shop- Shuweikh: Build and Construct new
warehouse (Steel Structure) 2012.
