1. Chose the most appropriate advertisement channels to use in posting our vacancies to ensure the maximum response of “Target candidates”.
2. Handled communications with NGOs and student organizations that could be a source of good resumes like “CEDO, STP … etc”.
3. Performed the initial screening for the incoming resumes; prepare a shortlist, conduct phone interviews, numerical & English tests and schedule HR interviews.
4. Developed databank system for daily received CVs and assisted in making market analysis for engineering graduates.

4. Prepare a shortlist and schedule the interviews.
5. Conduct initial interviews With the HR Manager and recommended candidates to screen out all unsuitable applicants.
6. Inform rejected applicants of their status and feedback.
7. Analyze the recruitment process for every filled vacancy and give detailed report about its phases and steps to the HRM.
