- Lead the financial administration, budgeting and financial planning of the Fund;
- Reviews all documents from procurement/program to ensure that they comply with MC regulations and donor
regulations.
- Ensure the preparation of the Fund’s various financial reporting obligations with accuracy and to specific
deadlines
- Reviews month end balance sheet account reconciliations and ensure that all taxes and liabilities are in order
- Coordinate the preparation and ensure the on-time submission of the monthly reporting package to HQ
- Oversee the maintenance of all accounting records, archives, ensuring that records are complete, accurate and
safeguarded
- Identify and manage the implementation of a proper accounting / financial solution.
- Assist in the training and support of the finance staff including answering daily questions, training new hires,
making field visits, etc.
- Prepare consolidated country cash flow requests to HQ plus work with regional finance team to include they
projection in consolidate cash flow.
- Manage cash flow (including accounts/payable) and analyzes future trends and forecasts requirements.
- Work with Regional Finance team to make sure they follow same process, procedures, and commitment on
timeline for monthly closing.
- Reconciliation balance sheet accounts and keep follow up through reconcile quarterly and reporting to HQ
