• Administrative, Documentation, Human Resource, Public Relations, Office In Charge, Visa Processing, Payroll Maintenance, Customer Service and Insurance Process.
• Prepare all government documents.
• Handling: Visa’s, Passports, Medical Tests documents and producers.
• H.R. Officer and handling all the employees’ files and arranging and updating the personal files when needed.
• Establishing a good and strong relation with Clients and companies at all times.
• Purchasing Supervisor to all the local purchasing items in and outside the company.
• Follow up on all the company legal trading agreements and insuring the accuracy al all times.
• Follow up on the governmental licenses and applications and update the documents in accordance to the law of Qatar.
• Finishing any related papers or requirements.
