 I'm responsible for directing, organizing and controlling project activities especially
the activates which related to the resource management such (Manpower,
equipment, materials ...etc.), under the direction of the PM & PMO.
 Implement a communication system between the suppliers and the project can help
everybody in the project to reach the information he want when he need it.
 Organize and implement a monthly maintenance workshop for the equipment to
avoid damages and the times wastage especially cause of the project location.
 Coordinating and making a good relation with different local and international
