- Company scope is 29 building core and shell.
- Responsible for planning & control projects with budget more than 350, 000, 000 L.E
- Establish baseline, revised and recovery schedules
- Communicates with managers and stakeholders to improve project coordination
- Prepare a written narrative of substantial Extension of Time (EOT) Claims including all supporting Evidences with Particulars
- Preparing update schedule, progress, delay analysis and control reports.
