Dubai Healthcare City Authority (DHCA) is the governing body of the Dubai Healthcare City (DHCC) free zone with three operating verticals - regulatory (commercial and clinical), investment (freehold land sale and lease, masterplanning, and property management), and healthcare and education (medical university); operations are spread across DHCC Phase 1 and Phase 2.

strategies which doubled the client portfolio by Y2, and identified/secured a major USD multi-million, 5-year contract to provide services to 24 offshore rigs.
•Oversaw delivery of high-quality, seamless services to four labour accommodations in UAE and Qatar, and the provision of infrastructure to 30, 000 employees at nuclear power plants.
•Shaped and led procurement strategy, negotiating long-term commitments.
•Developed and embedded complex SLAs, KPIs and appraisals for contracts.
Strategic Project Monitoring Unit (SPMU), Prime Ministry
•Successfully handled multi-stakeholder relationships to monitor and report on 60+ major projects annually including a USD $5bn Nuclear Power Plant, USD $4bn National Rail Project (Syria and Saudi) and USD $10bn Red Sea-Dead Sea project.
•Established SPMU including operating model, systems and processes to oversee major projects, aligned with strategic governmental objectives for the development of energy, water, transportation and food security.
