• Directing all activities relating to contracted facility services, including technical reviews, materials, equipment & product requisitions
• Maintaining records like Checklists, Periodic Reports, Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Report, Store Management, Health & Safety Training Records, Periodic Cleaning Records, Analysis and Improvement Reports for Facility Management
• Drafting and maintain SOPs & manuals for different department as per policies and standards
