Managing Guest Relation area and Internal and External meetings for HE office
Support TEC external call center.
(Working under the Admission Department as an admission specialist assistant). Receiving the students, parents and the applications. Guide the students to choose their future of our verity of available majors. Prepare students files that contain their official documentations. Completing the admission procedures for students at the university. Checking and auditing on students files after the university acceptance period.
Act as the main point of contact of visitors/customers as well as employees
Provide adequate information, support and serve their requirements.
Attending the incoming guests by greeting them and receiving them warmly.
Ensure that all the visitors are assisted by issuing a service/inquiry Token
Ensure the reception desk and Lobby Area is kept clean tidy and presentable.
Observe the lobby area disciplinary actions and report the inappropriate once.
Ensure customers are attended to and assist if needed.
Answers all incoming calls.
Performs any other duties as requested by the management.
