• Manage the whole Bids cycle.
• Lead value engineering workshops need at the bidding stage
• Follow-up with the design/ drafting during bidding preparation stage for cost optimization

• Perform detailed analysis of RFP documents to assess requirements and prepares questions for clarifications sent to the clients
• Develop a detailed compliance matrix and schedule outlining the entire proposal process through proposal delivery.
• Schedule and facilitates proposal development kick-off meeting in which both internal and external participants attend to discuss the proposal requirements, review the compliance statements, and create responsibility matrix, Create Bid trackers, and review proposal development schedule as a team.
• Doing power consumption related process analysis and optimization
• Delivered technical product presentations and custom product demonstrations via web conferencing.
• Responsible for having a thorough understanding of all requirements related to the RFQ/RFP documents.
• Responsible for conducting a quality review of the final printed proposal documents and perform a detailed compliance check against the RFP requirements to ensure the submission is of high quality, and accurate
• Prepare contracts ensuring adherence to local laws and regulations.
• Reviews and finalizes project cost estimates in terms of the required material as per bill of quantities, amount of work, material/ equipment/ and manpower requirements during the bidding preparation stage.

• Evaluates subcontractor and vendor proposals.
• Review RFPs from the clients, send technical clarifications and putting technical markups
• Preparing RFPs for LTA, STA, ESIA and Baseline surveys
• Design review for technical deliverables from EPC and O&M Contractor
• Do site visits and technical due diligence.
• Coordinate between different disciplines (Legal, Finance, etc.)
