Duties and Responsibilities
.


✓ To ensure that the company safety policies is maintained on site.
✓ Report to project director and company safety manager.
✓ Conducting Induction Meeting to new arrivals
✓ Conducting Tool Box Talk Meeting to foremen and operatives
✓ Co-ordinate permit to work
✓ Conducting safety program to workers
✓ Briefing to operatives how to operate fire extinguishers in case of fire & how to check and use full body harness while working at height
✓ Awareness among the workers about safety
✓ To check and evaluate the effectiveness of action taken to prevent personal injuries
✓ Daily doing site safety inspection and monitoring the site
✓ Ensure that the electrical lock out and tag out (LOTO) procedure is followed religiously and advise where required.
✓ Monitoring the confined space work activities
✓ Takes participant in Don't Walk by Award.
✓ Makes the monthly Inspections Report on Plant, Lifting equipment, COSHH, Fire extinguisher and Full body Harness.
✓ Incident / Accident Investigation, suggestion control measures to stop reoccurrence and reporting to project manager.
✓ Liaising with Client, Consultant & Main Contract
✓ Prepare & analyze monthly safety statistics reports / inspection reports and present it to the management with improvement points
✓ To render advise on matters related to reporting and investigation of site accidents and diseases and to investigate selected accidents
✓ Developed safety posters, Sign, slogans, Bulletins and Publication are distributing as required.
