Processing reservations by mail, telephone, fax or central reservation systems referral.
Understanding the hotel's policy on guaranteed reservations and no-shows.
Performing administrative support tasks and operating computers to work with pay records, invoices, balance sheets and other documents.
Checking In and Out for arrivals and departures, with all necessary procedures.
Answering customers' questions, and providing information on procedures or policies.
Computing and recording totals of transactions. Counting money in cash drawers.
Issuing receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers.
Processing merchandise returns and exchanges. Receiving payment by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits.

Greeting guests appropriately when delivering room service order as standards.
Presenting both food and beverage to guests. Suggesting menu courses,
appropriate beverages.
Maintaining cleanliness and appearance of the working area in accordance with all
HACCP and company standards.

Writing guests' food orders on order slips, memorizing orders, and entering orders into computers for transmittal to kitchen staff.
Serving food & beverages to guests, preparing and serving specialty dishes at tables as required.
Checking with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and taking action to correct any problems.
Removing dishes and glasses from tables or counters, and taking them to kitchen for cleaning.
