1-Monitor the overall building operation via BAS (Building Automation Systems) and ensure all systems are working in proper operation mode using Schneider Electric proram. 2-Monitor, document and adjust HVAC system settings as required. 3-Work closely with maintenance team, staff, contractors, and vendors to create and maintain quality working. 4-Perform daily rounds of the building. Complete the round report.
