1-Monitor the overall building operation via BAS (Building Automation Systems) and ensure all systems are working in proper operation mode using Schneider Electric proram. 2-Monitor, document and adjust HVAC system settings as required. 3-Work closely with maintenance team, staff, contractors, and vendors to create and maintain quality working. 4-Perform daily rounds of the building. Complete the round report. Address/Report/Escalate all issues observed during the daily rounds. 5-Continue to learn and understand all critical building systems in order to be able to respond and take appropriate corrective actions as required during any emergency. 10/2020 - present Kuwait city, Kuwait
