-Handling new sites activities and accepts there technical site surveys.
-Planning and predict of new sites and analysis of all basic parameters & effect over KPIs.
-Provide the Radio Network design data and simulation result as the customer required, such as the antenna high, tilt, azimuth, coverage results etc.
-Analysis of the existing antennas and microwaves and proposed new LTE (FDD-TDD) antennas on a suitable distance, elevations and directions.
- RF parameters analysis, changing proposal and implementation operation to improve the radio network performance.
-Technical communication and clarification (e.g. RF parameter workshop) with customers and subcontractors.
-Analysis the Drive test result and find the Network Problems with the Post process tools.
-Presentation of daily test report of events like dropped calls, set up failures, periods of Bad RSRQ, and low CINR, periods of low signal strength, handovers Failures, cell update problems.
-Implementation of the new methods and Techniques.
-Conducting surveys for hopeless sites and propose alternative solution.
