-Responsible for the appropriate functioning of all financial processes, and support staff to handle day-to-day accounting transactions
-Managing the accounting department, and to maintain accurate records

-Ensures corporate governance, risk management, and internal control practices are implemented to meet industry benchmarks.
-Driving change, innovation and best practices in system, processes and business improvement projects.
-Ensuring compliance with financial procedures and all reporting obligations.
-Daily communication with Top management regarding control for the expense and income potentials
-Coordinate with external auditors for the annual audit
Staffs, trains, supervise, evaluate and upgrades department employees
-Prepare, analyze and report weekly, monthly, quarterly gross margin analysis by product group by customer
-Conduct month-end closing, prepare journal entries as necessary, and analyze inventory evaluation, inventory roll forward.
-Analyze cost accounting data and assist with cycle count/physical inventories.
-Compare actual costs to estimates and analyze variances.
-Preparing COGs at month end and evaluate the overall performance of business
-Reconciling the transactions as per requirements
-Finalizing the cost prices of multiple items and suggesting the margin and selling prices
-Conducting the surprise inventory checks and reconciling the systematic stock v/s actual
-Analyzes and monitors raw material inventory.
-Prepare detailed account analysis and reconcile sales, cost and inventory liability accounts by product group by customer.
-Review and analyze inventory and margin reports, conduct research and perform analytic studies in regards to cost analyses and profitability.
-Work in special projects as required
-Overall ratio analysis of business
-Reviewing all capital expenditure projects
-Preparation of payroll, leave, indemnity, overtime more than 260 employees
-Presenting to senior management on findings
-Preparation of monthly management accounts
-Preparation of year end statutory accounts
-Quarterly budgets and forecasts
-Daily audit of purchases and sales
-Bank Account reconciliation and reporting
-Preparation of budget and compare for variances
-Drafting reports to company management on weakness in systems and making recommendations for improvements
-Preparation of cash flow statement
-Manage the accounting cycle and all work flow according to International Accounting Standards (IAS).
-Preparing of L/C corresponding & follow up with banks
-Preparing, Reporting of P&L Reports to MD
-Preparation of budgets on monthly Basis. Controlling Expenses and reviewing the budget.
-Daily review of sales & expenses of all running dept.
-Preparing costs of imported materials and new products with allocating them to relevant cost centers.
-Controlling the bank transactions & reconciliation.
-Reconciliation of all banks with dept sales record on daily basis.
-Supervising the stores and preparing for stock taking every week
-Preparing payroll and salaries of more than 350 employees, updating the payroll sheet. High confidentiality on salaries, promotions, bonuses etc.
-Liaising with auditors
-Managing the accounts team and administration of the branch
-Responsible to develop and prepare profit and loss account of the branch
-Ensure that all promises issues are managed and resolved as required
-Responsible to prepare Bank reconciliation statements.
-Checking of transaction vouchers, including head of accounts, allotment of accounts and posting of data into general ledger
-Monthly and Annual Operational reviews.
-Proper follow up on the company receivables.
-Implementation and documentation of financial controls and procedures
-Auditing of general expenses
-Preparation of salaries & overtimes sheets
-Responsible for monthly closing and reporting to F.M and CEO
-Keeping track of all custom & clearance expenses and payments
-Liaising with auditors
