• Handle the implementation and application of the company’s Performance Management policies and procedures as well as, manage the employment conditions and related issues to maintain a positive work environment.

• Job Responsibilities:
1- Investigate, and solve employees' cases effectively; in particular; performance management, misconduct, or any other employees related issues, then set agreed action plan, follow up its implementation and finalize the case.
2- Implement the annual manpower plan to fill the company hiring needs with competent qualified candidates.
3- Conduct initial screening and categorize the screened CVs to filter the applicants who are most fitting to the job, after, Post job advertisements and explore new recruitment sources to attract qualified applicants.
4- Conduct Competency-Based Interviews to evaluate the candidates’ qualifications and competencies to create a short list of candidates, and contact accepted candidates and extend job offers in order to notify them with all the required documents and the offered package.
5- Conduct Employee Satisfaction Surveys, and Exit Interviews
6- Counsel supervisors in the effective performance coaching.
7- Plan and implement the probation period evaluation process to ensure its timely completion and effectiveness.
8- Prepare the content of the performance management awareness sessions and deliver them to the middle management to communicate the performance management policies and procedures.
9- Coordinate for the implementation of the annual performance appraisals (Staff level & Managerial level) to ensure the effectiveness and fairness of the process.
10- Participate in delivering the HR Orientation Sessions to newly hired employees to communicate the company’s HR policies.
11- Assist in creating and implementing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and the 360 degree survey for all employees as tools of performance evaluation.
12- Create/update job descriptions by conducting job analysis interviews with representatives of each and every position to fulfill the needs of several processes, such as: recruitment and selection; appraisal; job evaluation and training as well as providing prospective employees with a description of specific job expectations and functions.
13- Attend employment fairs to present the company to the potential job candidates and to the public.
14- Prepare, maintain, and update the employees’ files with all their documents such as: employment application, performance appraisals, etc. to use them for different purposes.
15- Check employees’ inquiries on yammer on regular basis to ensure that they were handled properly and in timely manner.

1. Greet visitors, determine the nature and purpose of their visits in order to direct or escort them to their requested destinations.
