Duties & Responsibilities

1. Improve and Maintenance of all fleets of Sadafco
2. Improve and Maintenance of all depot including off shore
3. Repair and Maintenance of all Cold & freezer stores including off shore
4. Administration activities and Head office maintenance
5. Budget preparation of all workshops, Administration dept., Depot Maintenance, new projects ( expenses and capital items)
6. Leading main 5 workshops regions (vehicles, Freezer, chiller, cold stores, chiller rooms, building maintenance….etc
7. Administration support service team catering, reception, fire fighting system, HQ maintenance.
8. Control maintenance expenses and improve the quality of the work
9. Preparing all projects chart and circulating for approval
10. Responsible of all Sadafco project technical evaluation and report to senior management.
11. Responsible of capex process of purchasing vehicles, lifters, freezers, Chillers (proposal, quotes, price, negotiation and approval. …… etc
12. Responsible of capex process of building, new cold stores, A/c system, electrical upgrade …..etc
13. Time to time visit the depots and workshops and submit action reports to the senior management.
14. Disposal of redundant fleets, assets and scraps
15. Budget financial monitoring and reporting
16. Improve standard and procedures.
17. Managing and evaluate all workshop and support service staff.
18. Arrange and monitoring all SADAFCO staff rent a car and reporting to finance department.
19. Managing out source suppliers and managing internal move.
20. Quality control for the projects before singe off with suppliers
21. Negotiate with suppliers (Price, time line, delivery and quality of the job)
22. Filing and update new SADAFCO drawing and extension.
23. Supply Chain project update to top management
