● Manage HSSE team to implement occupational health and safety management system in the plant.
● Develop safety methodologies and lead HSSE excellence program with all functions to ensure the compliance in local and international regulations and standards.

● Train and coach people and set individual objectives, maintain the performance and support if needed.
● Manage all Miahona’s plants in term of QHSSE function and participate in risk management to mitigate the hazards and threats proactively.
● Develop global safety strategy and improvement of work methodology in occupational health, safety, security, environment, and quality.
● Manage and monitor QHSSE budget globally and evaluate financial performance against the determined budget for each site.
● Monitor, report, and present safety management system such QHSSE KPIs and HSSE performance to line manager and stockholders.
● Technical support and leadership to all Miahona plant management in KSA.
● Conduct QHSSE tours for auditing and inspection the sites to evaluate safety, environment, security, and quality of each site and create corrective actions for each finding.
● Review site safety reports and safety management system to identify the gaps and develop further strategies to mitigate the risk.
● Evaluate the effectiveness of trainings to ensure all employees are performing the work safely.
● Support Miahona’s group in implementing QHSSE policy and ensure that applicable QHSSE legislation and standards are implemented and observed within the group.
● Test the readiness of QHSSE team and other employees in case of emergency by conducted drills and reviewing the comments from the observers to generate training plan as needed.
● support and enable Miahona Group to exceed its statutory and contractual obligations in managing all QHSSE aspects across a diverse risk landscape.

The Electrical & Controls Maintenance Team Leader provides leadership and technical support to Electrical & Controls (E&C) Technicians. The position is responsible for directing, coordinating, and executing short to medium term E&C Technician directives, including preventive maintenance processes in the Keokuk Production Facility. The position requires cross-functional collaboration between Maintenance and Production, Utilities and other Engineering groups
• Planning organization to produce high quality outputs.
• Study the Electrical an Control Schematic Drawings and verify them, then identify the most important points for the troubleshooting.
• Study the PLC Logic Diagram, block diagram, ladder logic, or statement logic then simplify it for the technicians.
• Leading the electrical and control group, distributing the workload, and time management to produce our specification and meet the requirements.
Worked with ARAMCO at JUAYMA GAS PLANT, PetroRabigh, and KAPSARC. Also, worked in Saudi KAYAN project.
• Ensured that electrical construction activities (i.e. installation, loop checks, completions and pre-commissioning of the Electric works) are carried out by Contractors in accordance with approved Procedures, Specifications, Method Statements, Project Specifications, Project Procedures and relevant Codes and Standards.
• Ensured and assist the process of NCR’s (Nonconformance Report), CAR (Corrective Action Report), Preventive Actions, etc.
• Performed routine surveillance of the activities carried out on the Construction sites and/or Contractor's workshops, minimizing any adverse impact on the scheduling of the activities.
• Supervised and witnessed inspections, check reports, drawings, and documentation issued by Construction Subcontractors’ inspectors and collect and file the required Quality Records.
• Evaluated problems and make initial recommendations for possible corrective action to supervise.
• Reviewed and approved subcontractors’ electrical procedure and specifications, as per the project requirements.
• Reviewed the quality control plans and inspection test plans for construction subcontractors and forward to client for final approval.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot the plant system problems and provide resolutions and Reduce downtime.
• Troubleshoot faults with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems in a wide variety of situations.
• Scheduled for preventive maintenance for the electrical and instrument equipment (i.e. sensors, pressure gages, control valves, AC - DC motors, engines, and generators etc…).
