• Assist Project Manager in project management activities ( project cost management, project scheduling & planning, coordination meetings)
• Follow up, manage, coordinate and inspect all site installation activates.
• Preparing all required BMS documentation engineering work (submittals, BOQ, shop drawings, as built drawings, schematics, sequence of operation, point list).
• Make all required DDC Programs, perform testing & commission and celebration for all HVAC Equipment, (VAV. CAV. FCU, Venturi Air Valves, Single fan AHU, Two fans AHU. Return FANS with different rotation sequences, ERU, HRU, EX fans, ISO fans, ERU Pumps set, Hot water pumps set with different rotation sequences, Heat exchangers)
• Plant Room (design, sensor selection, installation, sequence of operation, programing, testing and commissioning) for the plant rooms sections (Chillers. Primary-Secondary-Condenser Pumps, Cooling Towers).
• Commissioning of Phoenix Air-Valves for the Isolation rooms, Labs area and Fume Hoods to achieves desired pressure difference.
• Monitor the electrical system ( MLTP, ATS, EMDB, MSB, SMSB)
• BMS Integration with other systems like (boilers, chillier, generates, UPS’s. steam system) through BMS server integration.
• Perform BMS Server (ARENA NX) Integration, Monitor. Graphics, history and alarms.
• Training new Engineers and follow up the site progress with them.
