•Assisting the HR Manager in maintaining and updating the department service standard manual.
•Participate in preparing annual salary increases and HR Budget.
•Prepare and Review all needed data for payroll preparation, such as attendance, unpaid leave, Penalties, employees’ invoices and other relevant data and submit it to the payroll section on monthly basis.
•Payroll review and preparing the monthly reconciliation for the gross and net salaries of the two entities (PricewaterhouseCoopers and Mansour&Co.PricewaterhouseCoopers) on a monthly basis.
•Preparing monthly HR reports (Headcount, Turnover, Resignation, New Hires, Regional reports…etc.).
•Preparing monthly vacation report for cost and balances and send to Management Team.
•Prepare all personnel related analytical reports.
•Handling the Car Scheme program process for the managerial
level.
•Handling the Medical Insurance process for all staff, and their families, with any problems that arise between the employees and the insurance company.
•Conducting exit interviews.
•Handles all employees’ termination procedures and ensures that the company’s and employee’s rights are well preserved
•Managing the staffing procedures for new joiners and facilitates their enrollment to the company.
•Handling new hires’ orientation.
•Handling employees’ internal transfers and related procedures.
•Handling the processes of the work permits for foreigners.
•Managing the requirements and issues of the Insurance Office, including:(Statement 1 for new hires, statement 6 for resignations, statement 2 in July and January every year, Employees’ issues with the Insurance Office, Work Accidents and Monthly payment checks.
•Handling (Insurance office and Labor office)’s Inspection
•Handling the staff vacation with all its detailed processes (annual, sick, unpaid, military, maternity, study …etc.).
•Preparing monthly attendance report for Management team.
•Handling the creation of the bank accounts for the new hires and all staff needed with the related .
•Getting the best offers for our staff, and:
Managing Iftar Ramadan event every year.
Managing the staff day outs and gatherings all over the year, with all the related giveaways during such days.
Managing the monthly birthday parties for employees.
•Preparing the needed HR letters for employees, government IDs, and experience certificates and clearance forms, and handling the day-to-day inquiries of the employees and any problems that arise.
•Handling the process of the contract expiry and renewal and probation period
•Managing the requirements and issues of the Insurance Office, including:(Statement 1 for new hires, statement 6 for resignations, statement 2 in July and January every year, Employees’ issues with the Insurance Office, Work Accidents and Monthly payment checks.
•Handling (Insurance office and Labor office)’s Inspection
