Assisting and supporting the Project Manager in their daily duties.
Ensuring that relevant management information is captured and analyzed.
Working with the team to remove blockers
Help in Controlling schedule
Overseeing procurement and communicating to procurement manager any issues arising, along with Tracking materials delivery, Purchasing and a weekly reporting of materials to the project manager and the team.
Involved in Coordinating projects from inception to completion.
Developing training and briefing material for staff.
Keeping in close contact with key project members and decision makers
Track and report project progress with the team.
Update documentation.
Directing Quality Assurance.
Invoicing of the company to the client.
Helping the project manager in the budget and handling the team Pity cash.
Responsibilities:
1. Ensuring that all material used and work performed are as pre specifications.
2. Managing, monitoring and interpreting the contract design document supplied by the client or architect.
3. Communicating with clients and their representative (architects, engineers and surveyors) including attending regular meetings to keep them inform of the progress.
4. Day to day management of the site, supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors.
5. Preparing reports.
6. Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
