- Keep the revenue engine running through teamwork of sales & pre-sales
engineers.
- Managing & directing on going installation projects in terms of project
planning & supervising to make sure the planned check points are met
on time.
- Supervise & guide installation and maintenance teams’ performance
through their team managers.
- Responsible for motivating and advising other sales engineers to
improve their performance, as well as hiring and training them.

Madinaty project, the biggest residential project in the Middle East was one of these projects. TMG was awarded the supply, install & commissioning of the smart GPRS prepaid metering system for both electricity & water utilities within the city's residential units.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Surveying existing and being constructed residential compounds.
- Promoting for smart metering systems within the compounds.
- Designing the most sufficient technical solution for each application.
- Preparing supply & install quotations for the whole system and handle negotiations.
- Establishing pilot projects for miniature fully functional systems for demonstrations.
