- maintain and organize real estate documents, contracts and agreements

-assist in coordinating real estate transactions including property sales, purchases and rentals

- assist in the management of rental properties, including tenants communication, rent collection and maintenance coordination

- conduct market research to gather data on property listings, pricing trends and local market conditions.

-Responsible to outreach and find new customers by
using persuasion techniques via emails, phone calls and
live meetings
-Negotiate with the team new marketing strategies to

-Schedule all given meetings and prepare the contracts to
be signed
-I was the only person to have contact with customers,
and had to foward their needs to the respective
department (graphic design department, facebook ads
specialists, googleAds....)
-Contacting customers daily to update them about the
traffic and convergence rates of their websites
-Finish deals with customers

-Helping customers to find the best selection regarding curtains, and furniture.
-Set meetings with the customers, to take measurements to proceed in calculation.
-Following up the sales process till the end, to make sure that the customer is satisfied.
-Be present in the work site in order to follow up the high quality, and the finish of work in site.
-Guide staff through the project conception and transition to operations stages
-Conducting a cost-benefit analysis for projects
-Communicate with suppliers and make sure all commodities are available on time in the
manufacturing sector to deliver goods as scheduled
-Assisted in setting up a work strategy for the new branch and reach out new international
suppliers through emails and phone calls
-Had a successful role in training employees for new branch

-Provide supports as needed by the HR Manager.

-Assist in data gathering and help in coordinating HR-related matters as needed.

-Became a mediator between the manager and employees.

-Studied the roles, duties, and workforce levels throughout the company.
