•Assisting the Revenue Manager in market analysis and setting selling strategies according to market situation •Ensuring that that all selling strategies are implemented and followed by Reservations Team •Applying inventory controls on OnQ PM to meet hotel’s selling strategies and maximize revenue •Effectively managing the Reservations team and keeping them motivated and informed •Maintain group inventory in OnQ R&I and follow up on group cut off dates •Updating and maintaining in house reservations systems (OnQ PM/R&I, IDEAS, Delphi) •Assisting the hotel in setting rates and quotations for groups & corporates •Forecasting and analyzing revenue (weekly/monthly) •Preparing weekly/monthly Revenue meetings (BFM/CFM) and leading meetings during the absences of the Revenue Manager •Assisting the Revenue Manager maintaining the hotel’s Demand Calendar •Assisting the Revenue Manager with daily/weekly/monthly reports •Ensuring hotel is bookable via different channels •Distributing reservation requests to the Reservations Team •Interacting with the central reservations office to communicate new local rates plans and promotions •Processing inquiries received visa telephone/fax/email •Training and developing the Reservations team to enhance their skills and ensure that company standards and goals are met •Reviewing and filtering job applications and preparing and interviewing applicants for the reservations team •Carrying out team member PDRs/PDPs •Design, create and enhance reports to assist with revenue analysis
