This is a 2 years program, consisting in 4 rotations, 6 months each.
The aim of this program is to develop the future generations of HR specialists and potential leaders for the organisation.

Tasks:
- HR Business Partner responsibilities
- PMO for a global HR project
- Implementation of 2 different diagnostics tools locally;
- Local initiatives implementation such as university projects, organizational development projects, and others.
- Recruitment / Headhunting
- Optimizing onboarding processes
- Developing the work environment
- Continuous improvement processes
Corporate Social Responsibility
- Responsible for implementing an international mentoring project;
- Developing the online library - creating trainings in partnership with Microsoft employees;
- Responsible for the reporting part of the team;
- Responsible for the partnership with AIESEC in Egypt (international NGO);
- Responsible for the events with AIESEC and other External companies on behalf of our team;
- Revise and offer feedback regarding training materials developed by our team;
- Develop and implement a new employee volunteering program for Microsoft in Egypt
employees.

Enhance and develop the communication on all levels of the company; develop the local training
plan with the external training houses and hold trainings directly to teams;
- Develop a new HR project in 3 stages: 1. “Job Passport” - to create the delimitations of each job in
the company and to find out the needs of the employees on a matter of development; 2. Trainings -
chosen based on the needs found in the job passport of each person and developed and
implemented them with the help of a training house; 3. Personal action plans - planning their own
actions in order to develop their activity and enhance their skills.

-Support in the logistics supplies for the training programs.
-Search and create feasibility reports on different start-up companies in order to enter the romanian market;
-Offer support in the recruitment projects runned by the company;
