Management, supervision and successful completion of the entire cosmetics & wet wipes production processes
Management of a team of 70 people, including 2 production engineers and 1 process engineer
Improve production KPI's like productivity, efficiency, consumer compliance, scrap etc.
Leading R&D and New Product Development Projects (over 15 new SKUs implemented succesfully)
Leading line installation projects

Main Responsibilities are,
• Management, supervision and successful completion of the entire production process
• Management of a team of 210 people, including 7 team leaders and 2 process technicians
• Cost saving projects (achieved a total of 2 mio TL savings in 2013)
• Improve production KPI's like productivity, efficiency, consumer compliance, scrap exc.
• New product development processes (over 40 SKUs implemented successfully)
• Lead SAP implementation and installation
• Management of 6 Sigma Projects in various areas
• Performing internal audits in different departments regarding ISO 22000 ISO 9001 ISO 14001 and ISO 18001
(OHSAS)
