▪ Study for Forum of Regulators on evolving measures for effective implementation of prepaid metering in India, post which the scheme was introduced in different states in India.
▪ Advisory assistance to Regulatory Authority on Tariff fixation and formulation of Regulations.

Worked as a part of GRID practice of PwC mostly on long term assignment of DFID on a wide range of energy-related topics supporting State Government & Power Utilities of Madhya Pradesh. During the tenure, worked on assignment related to operations improvement, procurement function, PPP models in power sector in India. Few key assignments handled are:
▪ Project Management consultancy to GoMP for Madhya Pradesh Power sector reform (under DFID support) focussed attention in PPP models in electricity distribution business models.
▪ Advised private sector player on market entry strategy through industry analysis and commercial due diligence.
▪ Bid process management for Utility and Training & Capacity building for MSME for implementation of Camera based billing solution in the state of Madhya Pradesh.
▪ Advisory assistance to Regulatory Authority on Tariff fixation and formulation of Regulations.
Advised and executed assignments for preparation of commercially viable Business Model for Women Self Help Group and NGOs in the state of Uttarakhand so as to enhance socio-economic status and improve quality of life for the residents of hilly areas; devised MIS for monitoring the outcome for Govt. sector entities.
