commissioning to installation and testing.
• Develop strategic plans for project execution, emphasizing sustainability goals, decarbonization efforts, and
the integration of alternative fuels and renewable energy sources, such as LNG, as a sustainable fuel
option for marine assets.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in mission-critical systems on various marine assets, providing
specialized knowledge and support to ensure their reliable and safe operation

- Responsible for review, study, and execution of various risk assessment including FMEA/FMECA related to Dynamic Positioning (DP) system and other risk assessment study, especially on electrical / electronic/ control system
- Performed other engineering design review and deliverable related electrical and instrumentation facility / control system, especially for offshore supply vessel and offshore floating units/platforms
- Responsible for all electrical, electronics and instrumentation inquiries on all marine projects related, especially in project management, providing technical comments, commissioning / installation, inspection and testing coordination.
- Facilitate FMEA Sea Proving Trial for DP2 and DP3 vessels
- Attend and witness inspection/ test/ FAT related to the marine electrical/ electronic / control system
- Participate in other various risk assessment studies, i.e: HAZOP/ HAZID/ SIL

- Engineering design review and FMEA study for DP3 CNOOC Semi-submersible Deepwater Drilling Unit. This include (but not limited to) the risk assessment on the cable routing from the power generating system to thruster room
- FMECA workshop and risk assessment study for FLNG Loading/ Unloading and BOG Systems, MISC Berhad.
- Engineering design review, FAT and risk assessment study for Su Tu Trang Facility Control System based on IEC 61508 - Functional Safety of Electrical/ Electronic/ Programmable Electronic Safety Related Systems, Excel Marco Pte. Ltd

• Responsible for review, study, and execution of various risk and reliability assessment including
FMEA/FMECA for marine, oil & gas facilities, especially on machinery equipment, electrical / electronic/
control system.
• Involved in various project management teams (seconded and attached to the client project) to provide
engineering consultancy related to equipment that will be used in the operation. Attend and witness of the
inspection/ test/ FAT for lifting appliance/ lifting equipment/ lifting gear, electrical, electronic, control system,
fire, and gas and ESD system for refinery/ petrochemicals plants and assist in verification and assessment
of Cyber Security equipment onboard the vessel.
• To ensure on-time and high-quality engineering design review related electrical and instrumentation facility
/ control system, especially for marine systems, vessel, and offshore facilities/ installation (including
windfarm/ wind turbine installation).
• Participate in other various risk assessment studies, i.e.: HAZOP/ HAZID/ SIL/ RAM

- Responsible for successful Turnkey Project from Client, covering: initial project cost & technical assessment, coordinate product and Equipment Transfer from clients site and internal subsidiary factory abroad to Batam factory, commissioning and installation of equipment & instrumentation required, set-up the plan and arrange the qualification priority depend on product forecast and system capability/ availability based on matrix provided by client and prepare necessary documentation for production release.Role as safety group leader - emergency response team for Engineering.
- Ensuring that all Standard Operating Procedure and Maintenance of the Test System/ Equipment/ Instrument are safe for production operation and also consistently carried out by the line personnel.
- Monthly and quarterly business presentation preparation to client
- Design, programming and implementation of Failure Mode and Effects Analysis techniques to improve quality, reliability, and/or consistency of process development by continually evaluating product against potential failure modes
- Coordinate and supervise Line Engineers activities in the line of product verification, installation, maintenance, diagnostic, calibration, and repair of instrumentation and electronic equipment, including technical documentation and preparation of the appropriate reports.
- Provide engineering support to achieve client satisfaction and cost reduction through upgrading, modifying, revising and simplifying the test process as well as plan and executing continuous improvement.
- Manage technical data and documentation related to process operation, engineering change notice implementation and effectiveness, product and process troubleshoot history, test equipment instrumentation and hardware specification.

• Automatic data transfer report from the production to various clients
Result: Create the algorithm and script to get the test data from the respective equipment and provide the
result to client
• Tester networking project installation of new consigned test equipment
Result: Successfully lead the team to setup new equipment on the plant and put into production earlier than
the target scheduled New Product and Equipment and provide Test Solution
Result: Managed to setup the new product and issue to production with high yield
Result: Successfully provide the measurement system analysis (both software and hardware) to support
engineering analysis

SOP Preparation
Result: Managed to develop process flows and generate Standard Operating Procedures for Test System/
Equipment.
Result: Manage 24-hours Test Engineering support to the Production and test equipment system to perform
data record management and technical assignment including installation, modification, maintenance,
inspection and troubleshooting of electronic instrumentation and equipment used in the operation. Product Reliability Issue Reduction
Result: Managed to coordinate any reliability issues encountered on the product and equipment and provide
Root Cause and Failure Analysis for the solution.
