Duties & Responsibilities:

• Project management, technical supervision and coordination, liaise with client, consultant & control the manpower to meet project requirement
• Plan, manage and complete specific tasks within given time and cost target with approved quality.
• Liaise with UAE local authorities for any submission to meet the statutory law requirement
• Coordinating with consultants, contractors & suppliers on design, technical and site challenge issues
• Responsible and monitoring for all Fit-out &MEP technical submissions i.e. shop drawings, materials, samples & etc.
• Coordinating with site construction team on site scheduling and implementation/construction process.
• Preparing weekly work technical and progress reports for consultants and managements.
• Expertise in supervising personnel, conducting design reviews, establishing schedules, maintaining budgets, and creating contingency plans.
• Provide technical direction to produce, engineer and design teams throughout project stages.
• Ensured that construction documents and contract are as per the standard.
• Responsible for scheduling, financial, and technical requirements in compliance with industry, company and regulatory standards.
• Co-ordination and assisted consultant on Design, Modification and alternative proposals for Fit-out & MEP Works.
• Co-ordination with other Engineering disciplines on all aspects during
• Personal Responsibility and commitment from start to finish project
