• Prepared daily/weekly/periodical reports for Poland Retail stores with complete analysis of Sales to profit and promotional activities analysis, major cost lines - stock loss, Payroll etc.
• Prepared Retail sales budgeting - Budgeting for Poland retails stores using the Top down method of Budgeting. Preparation of budget for major cost lines like stock loss and Payroll.
• Prepared weekly payroll cost analysis by stores - includes analysis of actual cost vs. budgeted cost comparison.
• Weekly sales analysis by stores- includes analysis of actual sales vs. Budget.
• Prepared Weekly book which includes all KPI’s relating to finance, showing the performance of our company.
• Undertook Ad-hoc request to prepare critical reports for top management and leadership on request.
•Developed standard operating procedures, people & process risk management, mentoring people of varied experience & age.

Critical Reports Prepared & Delivered:

•Profit and loss and Commercial Pack: Key quadrants with various measures for the stores, clusters, formats located in Poland on a Weekly basis, showing over all business performance and income.
•Seasonal reports: Tracking the performance of business during the festival and promotional events.

Trained and worked on Fores rating process: Performed live foreign exchange for foreign dealers.
