Maintenance of ointment Manufacturing Plant, 2 head & 4 head Liquid filling machine, Conveyor belt, Sealing Machine, Labeling Machine, 3 line & 4 Line Printing Machine, Chiller, Air Compressor, Rotary Pump, Vacuum Pump etc. • Manages the operations, maintenance, projects, and departments including spare parts, inventory, budget, and compliance with environment and safety regulations. • Maintenance of production line. • Experience in operation and maintenance of 2-ton manufacturing plant. • Involving in Installation of pump, valves, homogenizer motor etc. • Regular checkup and servicing of plants equipment.
Experienced in plant maintenance activities • Getting information about all mechanical equipment used in refinery. • Maintenance of FCCU Plant. • Key activities during shutdown are supervising the testing process the various type of Heat Exchanger's tube bundle like U-tube, Floating Head, and Straight Tube etc. • Supervise the valve replacement process in plant. Various types of valves such as Gate Valve, Globe valve, Butterfly valve, Non Return valve, Ball valve, etc. • Carried out all type of Maintenance activities during running plant.
Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering With Distinctions.
